Rather than suppressing symptoms, EFT acknowledges how we feel about a particular situation (e.g. anxiety, trauma, self-image, diagnosis, pain, loss, phobia, goals), with the aim of reducing the intensity of unhelpful emotions or responses. We can hold limiting beliefs about many aspects of life, which can impact us in various ways.
In EFT and Matrix Reimprinting we consider the underlying beliefs that manifest in unhelpful behaviours. In other words, we look at the root cause rather than the end result (symptoms, diagnosis, behaviour pattern).
